We've roasted this special blend of select coffees as dark as reason will allow. Careful attention to precise roasting technique has allowed us to develop this coffee to the furthest reaches of darkness without the usual sacrifice of body. We pay careful attention to caramelize the sugars that naturally remain in the beans to achieve a wonderful smoky sweetness.
